Who we hire

Training
First weeks on the crew
Weeks 1–4
Paired with a lead. Setup, drop cloths, prep, cutting in, rolling, trim, daily cleanup, and a final walkthrough standard.
Ongoing
Toolbox talks, product training, 30/60/90-day feedback, and specialty skills when the work and your aptitude line up.

What we expect on site
Closed-toe work shoes, long pants, clean company or work-appropriate shirts, punctuality, and no phones on ladders. Client homes stay professional — no loud music, no profanity, no hidden damage.
