We look for people who show up on time, take direction, work clean, and take pride in the finish. Painting experience helps, but attitude and reliability matter more. Experienced painters mentor new team members — that is how this crew works.

- Full-time, part-time, and seasonal W-2 roles
- 90-day introductory and training period
- Path to lead painter and crew supervisor
- Drug- and alcohol-free workplace
- Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver license required
- Tool and equipment allowance as approved
Day one
New hire paperwork, safety orientation, PPE requirements, ladder safety basics, incident reporting, and an introduction to the crew and your assigned lead.
Weeks 1–4
Paired with an experienced painter. You learn unit setup and protection, surface prep and patching, priming and painting technique, trim and door work, and our cleanup and photo documentation standards.
Ongoing
Toolbox safety talks, product training when new materials come in, feedback at 30, 60, and 90 days, and specialty skill development based on business needs and your interest.

- Leave the unit cleaner than you found it
- Report damage or incidents immediately
