Built for multifamily volume.
We do not chase every type of work. We handle unit turnovers, commercial interiors, and the drywall and prep work that makes those finishes last — for property managers and businesses across Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.
Core Service
Full-unit repaints between residents. This is the bulk of our work and the reason property managers keep us on their vendor list.
Every turnover follows the same steps, from the walkthrough and per-unit pricing to field sign-off, photos, and the invoice. See our turnover process for the detail behind each one.
Full Service List
Turnover painting is the core of most accounts. When a unit has move-out damage, drywall, plaster, and texture repair goes on the same work order, so the walls are ready before the first coat.
Full-unit repaints between residents. Priced per unit by bedroom count.
Targeted touch-ups, scuff removal, and spot work for units that do not need a full repaint.
Lease renewals and resident requests. Scheduled around residents with daily cleanup.
Anchor holes, doorknob punctures, nail pops, water damage. Patched, sanded flush, primed.
Older properties with plaster. Crack repair and skim coating with proper blending.
Knockdown, orange peel, and popcorn texture matched to existing surfaces.
Corridors, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces.
Baseboards, casing, unit doors, and built-ins. Smooth finishes, clean edges.
Tenant improvement painting and office suites. Scheduled around business hours.
Finishes
For turnover work, durability and washability matter more than appearance. We help you spec the right product for unit longevity — not just the cheapest gallon.
Hides wall imperfections well. Best for ceilings and low-traffic areas.
The multifamily standard for unit walls. Good balance of coverage and durability.
Washable. Recommended for hallways, kitchens, baths, and high-turnover units.
Trim, doors, and casing. Holds up to cleaning between residents.
Why satin in high-turnover units? Units that turn often take the most wear: scuffs from move-ins and move-outs, furniture marks, kitchen splatter, and fingerprints around switches. A washable finish lets maintenance wipe walls down between residents instead of scheduling another repaint. Products and sheen are written into the scope at the walkthrough, so every unit at the property gets the same spec.
Beyond Vacant Units
Lease renewals, resident requests, corridors, stairwells, lobbies, and amenity spaces get painted while people live and work around them. We schedule around residents, keep work areas protected, and clean up daily. Common areas are planned for minimal resident disruption.
Tenant improvement painting, office suites, and retail interiors, scheduled around business hours so your tenants keep operating. The same prep-first standard applies as in our multifamily work: surface repair before paint, and the right sheen for the traffic the space gets.
Premier Interior Painting serves property management companies and commercial accounts across Hampton Roads, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, and Hampton. One contractor, the same standards at every property.
